Villa Otivar, Boutique Casa Rural is located in the heart of the beautiful white washed village of Otivar, Granada. Our Spanish townhouse has been fully refurbished in a modern industrial style, with a strong Andalusian influence. It is based on a quaint pedestrian street, where you can truly be immersed in the daily sights and sounds of a historical working village and friendly neighbourhood.

The Casa itself provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind with 5 rooms available to suit your individual needs. We have a relaxing covered garden rooftop terrace, to escape from our tropical sunny climate and unwind while taking in our spectacular views. Villa Otivar also has a bar terrace on the rooftop, which is available to hire for private events or intimate dinners. We provide free internet access throughout the property and we can arrange private transfers to and from the airport. 

 

We are based in the area known as the Costa Tropical, shielded by the Sierra Nevada mountains, so we are protected from the extremes of winter, meaning we maintain a tropical climate with lush green mountains and exotic fruits. This is the main income for the villagers living in Otivar, who grow avocados, mangos, chirimoyas and nispero. Only 15 minutes from the beaches of Almunecar and 1 hour from the stunning city of Granada and the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, it is possible to both ski and sunbathe on the same day!
